Summary of Responsibility

The primary responsibility of the paint / clean room technician is to oversee all operations and activities within the cleanroom, during production.

Job Description

  • Responsible to run/maintain the cleanroom throughout production, utilizing his/her team.
  • Ensure all data entry completion
  • Ensure all quality form/documentation completion
  • Modify programmed paint(s), reset robot faults, and/or react to other cleanroom alarms in the appropriate and timely manner.
  • Monitor all clean room systems.
  • Load colors into system(s) as needed.
  • Aid in troubleshooting to correct paint imperfections and check parts on line frequently for results.
  • Manually spray
  • Support cleanroom team as needed.
  • Perform other duties as directed by Lead Paint Technicians, Superintendents, Supervisors, and

Management.

Health & Safety

  • Ensure all safety and non-safety plant rules and regulations are followed.
  • Ensure adherence to established housekeeping standards (5S).
  • Respond immediately to items brought to his/her attention with respect to hazards, non- compliance issues.
  • Adheres to DCS’s health and safety, environmental, operating procedures, policies, and forms.
  • Utilizes all required PPE (Respirators, safety glasses, and safety footwear).

Communication

  • Maintain proper records and backup documentation.
  • Communicate to all levels of the organization.
  • Attend all required employee meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
