Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Outside Sales Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for include breaking into new accounts, expanding current/former accounts, and everything else involved in growing your territory! This is for our Light Industrial Division, automotive, production, food services, hospitality customers etc., are the target market. Our award winning service is a leader in the staffing and recruiting industry. Headquartered here in Metro Detroit with 47 years in the industry.
Qualifications
- Must have experience in sales within the staffing, recruiting, or third-party agency industry.
- Account Management and Customer Service experience
- Sales expertise
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in the staffing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Salary
Salary base range of $50k and up based on experience. First year compensation with commissions and/or incentive plans will range from $75k-95k. Commission is uncapped.
