Position Summary & Responsibilities
Location preferred Birmingham, AL, Richmond, VA and Remote
The I.T. Senior Systems Analyst and support role for our Marketing software Systems and Marketing business process. This position will provide technical support, oversight and administration, including tracking, monitoring, optimization, and maximizing availability of Marketing applications, Mainly FIS Aligne, energy trading and midstream systems.
The right candidate should have experience supporting ETRM systems and experience in the natural gas industry business process, terminology, and standard data values. This role will report to the I.T. Marketing Systems Manager.

Position Requirements
- Prior experience with any of the following ETRM systems: FIS Aligne, Consider Open Link, Allegro, PipeOps, GasOps experience
- Deal origination, pre-bid preparation, nomination and confirmation activities, and the settlement process.
- Ability to work across multiple tools, frameworks, databases (Oracle/MS SQL/PostgreSQL), and technology stacks.
- Strong business and collaboration skills and is responsive to service needs and operational demands.
- Knowledge of FIS Aligne Infrastructure.
- Experience in integration with FIS Aligne system.
- Experience in financial and physical deals process flow.
- Experience writing and optimizing database queries (PostgreSQL preferred).
- Experience supporting ETL processes (procedures, jobs, views, etc.).
- Experience creating and supporting integrations between public clouds (Azure or AWS) - using cloud-based constructs.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, or XSL preferred.
- Self-starter with a strong desire to deliver superior results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize concurrent and competing priority assignments.
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- After-hours support when required.
