Project Manager Leader

Job Overview

The position of Project Manager at Diversified Fall Protection involves overseeing and managing individual jobs/projects from contract award through installation and closeout. This role is essential to the success of the organization, ensuring compliance with project demands and overall project success for each individual project.

Main Responsibilities

• Drive project progress internally and externally, ensuring projects are completed within the allotted timeframe.

• Proactively monitor, track, and take necessary action to deliver projects at or below estimated costs.
">
• Coordinate fabrication and purchasing of all material and equipment needed for the job.
">
• Determine project schedule from receipt of order through installation.
">
• Lead interface with clients, including coordination of drawings, delivery, and installation.
">
• Coordinate with other departments to execute each phase of the project.
">
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the project.

Key Qualifications

• Ability to manage others effectively and drive process results internally and externally.

• Ability to make decisions and use discretion, multi-tasking skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Leadership qualities, self-motivation, and a positive attitude, along with the ability to navigate and use AutoCAD.

• Customer service-driven, detail-oriented, team player, and experience with budget management software and/or ERP.
">
• AISC Steel Construction, foundations, Hilti anchor knowledge, field construction means, and methods background.
">
• OSHA/ANSI Fall Protection standards knowledge and experience with scheduling software.
