About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Program Manager to join our team at Diversified Fall Protection.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects, with a strong background in project management, relationship/account management, strategic planning, and leadership within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management: oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multiple construction projects for strategic and national clients.
- Relationship Management: cultivate, maintain and grow relationships with designated clients to deliver exceptional customer experience and create opportunities for future business.
- Strategic Planning: develop and implement strategic plans to optimize project delivery, resource allocation, and overall program performance.
- Stakeholder Management: build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: successfully engage and work with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, supply chain, and production, to meet project objectives and timelines.
- Risk Management: identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Budget Management: monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Team Leadership: lead and mentor project managers and other team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project/program management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Field construction means and methods background.
- Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP or similar certification is preferred.
- OSHA/ANSI Fall Protection standards knowledge.
- Valid Driver's License & Evidence of Ability to Insure.
- Criminal Justice Background Check (state and federal).
- Drug Test (5-panel).
