Responsibilities:
POSITION SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Administrator to coordinate contract management and ensure the efficiency of administrative processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The position will be in our Richmond, Virginia office.
Special focus will be placed on:
Contracts
- Capturing and organizing contracts in a comprehensive and intuitive format.
- Processing regular changes to existing agreements, ensuring all applications are updated
- Finding opportunities to improve terms within existing agreements
- Integrating acquired assets and related contracts into existing processes
- Sorting, modifying, and terminating agreements associated with divestitures
- Prepare and review new contracts and amendments
Office Administration
- Oversee general office management, ensuring a clean and organized workspace
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate office events and company functions
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Systematic, meticulous, and efficient approach to tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, Adobe, Docusign a plus
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Compensation commensurate with experience
