Responsibilities: Oversees and ensures optimal operations of the construction, operation and maintenance of assigned wells and associated facilities within an assigned area. Provides immediate supervision to manual employees and coordinates contractor services. Special focus will be placed on: Supervises well production and facility operation by using various computer programs, written and verbal communication to ensure maximum production volumes. Organize personnel, materials, and equipment necessary to begin production enhancement projects. Coordinate and supervise project details using equipment, personnel, and materials to successfully complete the production enhancement project. Review project costs and increased production to determine the overall success of project. Communicates with landowners and company land department using email, written and verbal communication to ensure access to facilities Oversees compliance with all state regulations and company policies, including EH&S, concerning well operations to ensure no violations exist or correct those that occur. Monitor and review daily gas and oil production Implement new technologies for production enhancement. Minimize cost by utilizing sound engineering practices, project planning, Operate locations, lease roads, and equipment at or above established DGOC standards Review, correct, and sign process (Workflow) invoices Perform any other related duties as requested or assigned. Qualifications: Associate degree in engineering or business preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience 3 - 5 years experience in Oil and Gas operations preferred Extensive knowledge of natural gas operations Including wells, measurement, compressors, and pipelines preferred Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Able to effectively manage time and prioritize projects to meet established deadlines. Demonstrate basic computer knowledge through effective use of a personal computer, including Microsoft Office applications. Able to learn company-specific applications. Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers, clients, and other external contacts. Physical Demands/Working Conditions: The employee works in office areas as well as walking between offices on a large open-air campus. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach or lift with hands and arms up to 10 pounds, talk or hear, follow directions, and work in collaboration with others. The employee is occasionally required to stand; climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
