This role is essential in supporting our employees, maintaining compliance, administering benefits, and enhancing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records, including time and attendance, EEO data, and performance documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, employee support, and annual renewals.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a trusted resource for employees, addressing concerns, facilitating resolutions, and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Support leadership in workforce planning, employee development, and retention initiatives.
  • Assist with onboarding to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs, training sessions, and company-wide initiatives.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (Secondary Focus)

  • Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans, including networking, job postings, and attending job fairs.
  • Enhance the candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely feedback throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist role.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
  • SHRM or PHR certification a plus.
