Diversified Insurance, a top workplace in 2024 and a leading provider of innovative insurance solutions, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Training & Quality Assurance Administrator to join our award-winning team. This key role is responsible for designing and implementing training programs while ensuring the quality and accuracy of insurance policies, client documents, and office procedures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees covering insurance knowledge and Applied Epic.
- Conduct quality assurance audits for policies, certificates, and Epic-related functions to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with HR and DII University to create ongoing educational programs and refresher courses.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in Epic and client documents, working with management to develop proactive training solutions.
- Design and update training materials tailored to different learning styles—visual, auditory, reading / writing, and kinesthetic.
- Stay current with industry trends and continuously improve training and auditing processes.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment for employees and clients.
