Summary
The Project Administrator acts as a liaison between the project operations and divisional support team. This position is responsible for supporting and helping the project manager in many manners. The Project Administrator helps drive a project's success through prioritizing activities and proactive communication.
Schedule
Monday-Friday 7am-4pm Some weekends
Pay
$18 per hour
Job Duties
Liaison for project operations and serves as the primary resource for hourly employees assigned to the project.
Act as liaison between Hourly Employees, and the Project Office.
Manage job openings, and is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for the account.
Is the primary support resource for successful hiring, onboarding, and staffing
Assist the People Operations department with updating all employee files and assist/support in other areas as it relates to the organization and state law rules and regulations.
Assist hourly direct hire employees with access to employee self-serve.
Manage daily timekeeping,
Prepare and process all background screenings, I-9 verifications, new hires, rehires, re-classifications, payroll changes, and termination paperwork for hourly employees for the account.
Promote accountability of project managers following company policies and procedures.
Assists in preparing final payrolls when needed.
All uniform inventory, distribution, and collection for the project account
Special tasks or projects as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
2-3 years experience as Administrator or other related field
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint (Google Sheets, Google Slides)
Time Management and ability to rank task importance
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently
Forward thinking
Basic accounting skills
Attention to detail
