Project Administrator
Summary
The Project Administrator acts as a liaison between the project operations team and corporate support teams. This position is responsible for supporting and helping the project manager in many manners, as well as holding individuals accountable for performance and completion of tasks. The Project Administrator helps drive a project's success through prioritizing activities and proactive communication.
Job Duties
Liaison for project operations and serves as the primary resource for hourly employees assigned to the project.
Act as liaison between Office, Field Operations, Hourly Employees, and the Corporate Office.
Manage hourly job openings, and assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
Is the primary support resource for successful hiring and onboarding.
Assist the People Operations department with updating all employee files and assist / support in other areas as it relates to the organization and state law rules and regulations.
Assist hourly direct hire employees with access to the HRIS system and employee self-serve.
Manage time keeping, account-billing information, and manage subcontractor work orders and invoices for accuracy and completion (if applicable).
Assist with small tools and supply inventory, distribution and orders.
Code vendor invoices and recurring billing for approval and payment.
Prepare and process all background screenings, I-9 verifications, new hires, rehires, re-classifications, payroll changes, and termination paperwork for hourly employees..
Promote accountability of project managers following company policies and procedures.
Prepare final payroll submissions for manager approval as it relates to standard operating procedures.
Maintain and monitor all uniform inventory, distribution and collection.
Foster positive relationships to support management and business needs

Skills and Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
2-3 years experience as Administrator or other related field
Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint (Google Sheets, Google Slides)
Time Management and ability to rank task importance
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently
Forward thinking
Basic accounting and booking skills
Attention to detail
