Summary
The Project Administrator acts as a liaison between the project operations and divisional support team.
This position is responsible for supporting and helping the project manager in many manners. The
Project Administrator helps drive a project's success through prioritizing activities and proactive
communication.
Job Duties
● Liaison for project operations and serves as the primary resource for hourly employees assigned
to the project.
● Act as liaison between Hourly Employees, and the Project Office.
● Manage job openings, and is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for the account.
● Is the primary support resource for successful hiring and onboarding.
● Assist the People Operations department with updating all employee files and assist/support in
other areas as it relates to the organization and state law rules and regulations.
● Assist hourly direct hire employees with access to employee self-serve.
● Manage daily timekeeping,
● Prepare and process all background screenings, I-9 verifications, new hires, rehires, re-
classifications, payroll changes, and termination paperwork for hourly employees..
● Promote accountability of project managers following company policies and procedures.
● Assists in preparing final payrolls when needed.
● All uniform inventory, distribution, and collection for the project account
● Special tasks or projects as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
● High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
● 2-3 years experience as Administrator or other related field
● Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint (Google Sheets, Google Slides)
● Time Management and ability to rank task importance
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to work independently
● Forward thinking
● Basic accounting skills
● Attention to detail
