Vendor Management Specialist
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. This is not an all-inclusive list of
duties.
● Review Contractual items for onboarding Subcontractors.
● Regular auditing of Subcontractors and their business practices.
● Maintaining Agreements between Diversified and Subcontractors.
● Maintaining Budgets for Diversified Field Operators.
● Manage a large volume of emails daily (Gmail) for multiple inboxes.
● Monitor/address general emails received within relation to assigned job duties in a timely fashion.
● Create, update and maintain spreadsheets and other documents utilizing primarily MS Office / G-Suite
products (Google Sheets, Slides, etc.)
● Work with Accounts Payables (AP) on subcontractor payments.
● Generation of invoices for Subcontractors.
● Represent DMS on calls and emails.
● Provide superior customer service to Field Operators and Subcontractors
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES: Special skill knowledge and pertinent techniques to work assignment
involving:
● Ability to work independently or collaborate within a group to complete assigned tasks.
● Computer skills including:
● Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
● G-Suite Products (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
● Windows OS
● Some experience with accounting software.
● Management/Support 3rd-Party Subcontractors.
● Well organized and able to manage multiple priorities on a daily basis.
● Self Motivated
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Initiative, attention to detail.
● Thoroughness, dependability, tact and courtesy; ability to work in a team environment.
● Bi-lingual preferred - Spanish
QUALIFICATIONS:
● High School Diploma or Equivalent.
● Office Environment experience preferred.
● Accounting experience preferred.
● Purchase/Work Order experience preferred.
● Excel and/or Google Sheets experience required - 1 year or more
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This is an office position that requires the use of basic office equipment. Including computer, telephone and related equipment. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
