What Youll Do:
A Marine Parts Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in a retail environment specializing in marine parts and accessories. This role involves assisting customers in selecting the appropriate parts and equipment for their boats, processing sales transactions, managing inventory, and maintaining product displays. The Marine Parts Sales Associate leverages their knowledge of marine systems and components to offer expert advice and ensure customer satisfaction, while also handling inquiries, orders, and returns efficiently. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for boating are essential for success in this position.
Qualifications:
- Good computer skills
- High School Diploma or GED (minimum)
- Must be able to work unsupervised
- Must have a valid drivers license and good driving record
- Forklift experience preferred but training is available
- Familiarity with the boating industry and boat maintenance required
- Strong organization skills
- Excellent team player
- Excellent attention to detail
