The Regional Business Development Manager will be responsible for increasing the company’s market share by fostering relationships with financial planners, trust officers, elder law attorneys, healthcare services, and other key referral sources.
This role requires a strategic, results-oriented professional with strong networking skills who understands the aging life care industry and can drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on relationship-building and strategic outreach.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in aging life care, healthcare, financial services, or a related industry.
✔ Strong knowledge of aging life care management, elder law, financial planning, or healthcare services.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial planners, attorneys, trust officers, healthcare professionals, healthcare services, and community organizations.
- Conduct presentations, workshops, and networking events to promote Diversified Life Care Partners’ services.
- Manage social media and digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the care management team to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze business development performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, professional meetings, and community events.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with brand messaging and campaigns.
