As a key member of the Poseidon Power Washing team, you will drive sales growth and exceptional customer service in your assigned territory. SoftWash Systems is a Mathew 25 company that empowers entrepreneurs to build soft washing businesses worldwide.

Job Overview

You will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer experiences and sales results in your designated territory. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a cutting-edge company that provides innovative soft washing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer care claims efficiently in your territory.
  • Maintain high sales performance, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly targets.
  • Conduct in-field safety accountability inspections to ensure compliance.
  • Handle roof warranty claims in a timely and professional manner.
  • Deliver effective onsite proposals and consultations to grow business.
  • Promote the company's values by operating the company vehicle in an exemplary manner.
  • Identify opportunities to expand your territory and develop strategies for sustained growth.
  • Participate in and set up company-sponsored tradeshows to showcase services.
  • Nurture referral partner relationships to drive business referrals.
  • Execute your part in the company's Popcorn Marketing plan to increase brand visibility.
  • Ensure seamless integration with the company's business system.
  • Maintain your sales vehicle to the highest company standards.
  • Follow up on quotes that did not convert into sales.
  • Establish and participate in local leads groups to generate new leads.
  • Meticulously manage customer information and data input into the company CRM.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities that inspire others to follow.
  • Understand how to achieve production goals and implement strategies to meet them.
  • Foster a culture of follow-up with quotes that did not close.
  • Attend and actively participate in company promotional events.
  • Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficient in computer programs such as Word, Excel, and CRM software.
  • Effectively present company benefits and close sales deals.
  • Deliver engaging onsite proposals and consultations.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of basic marketing principles.

Benefits and Compensation

This role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $100,000 per year, providing an excellent opportunity for career growth and financial stability.
