Established Property Management Company is looking for a resident apartment manager to join our team in Salem OR.
Previous property management and understanding of Landlord/Tenant laws is preferred.
Job duties include but are not limited to: showing apartments, processing applications, collecting rents, posting notices, resident relations, inspecting units, reporting updates, processing work orders, and follow up. Qualifications and skill include but not limited to: Time management, organization, written and verbal communications, computer/software functions, professional dress and demeanor, positive attitude with a willingness to learn, and attention to detail. Satisfactory background and screening checks.
