Job Description
The Reliability and Maintenance Engineer will play a crucial role in maintaining, repairing, and improving the operational reliability of glass manufacturing equipment. This position requires leadership and technical skills to drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead root cause analysis of failures and drive implementation of corrective actions.
- Originate, develop, and facilitate analysis methods for determining the reliability of components and equipment.
- Monitor the execution and effectiveness of PM programs, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or relevant technical field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in Engineering or similar technical field required.
