Lead Salesforce Developer- Loyalty Management

This person will be a lead developer on Salesforce team and will provide oversight over development activity of other developers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Employs agile processes to take business needs from business partners and develop customer focused solutions.

· Review applications prior to input in system.

· Enter credit applications sent from the dealer.

· Research may be required on their part to make sure everything is accurate.

· Communication with sales teams, dealers, and internal partners.

· Will work closely with developers, Business Analyst, and Business partners to deliver rewards and credit solutions.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 8-10 years’ experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

· Salesforce development or similar object-oriented coding experience.

· Experience with Salesforce flows, batch processing, and other automation tools.

· Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools and techniques.

· DevOps (Azure DevOps) and source control (Git) experience.

· Agile development / project management experience.

DESIRED SKILLS:

· Salesforce Loyalty Management experience.

· Oriented, high learning agility, and ability to make well informed decisions.

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.

· Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

· Strong technical, communication and influential skills.
