Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy that expands the company while maintaining our core business.
• Ensure efficient operations, optimize processes, and improve overall business performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 20-60 employees, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
• Identify new markets and opportunities for diversification, leveraging our expertise in custom commercial printing.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and cultivate new partnerships to drive revenue growth.
• Oversee budgets, financial planning, and profitability while ensuring the company remains financially strong.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to position the company as a leader in the evolving commercial printing space.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an executive leadership role, preferably within manufacturing, or a related industry.
• Strong operational and business management experience, with a track record for driving growth.
• Experience in marketing, sales, accounting, manufacturing, or financial planning analysis (FPA) is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategies that expand the companys market presence.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasting, and improving profitability.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
