Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a growth strategy that expands the company while maintaining our core business.
- Ensure efficient operations, optimize processes, and improve overall business performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 20-60 employees, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
- Identify new markets and opportunities for diversification, leveraging our expertise in custom commercial printing.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and cultivate new partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Oversee budgets, financial planning, and profitability while ensuring the company remains financially strong.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to position the company as a leader in the evolving commercial printing space.
- Proven experience in an executive leadership role, preferably within manufacturing, or a related industry.
- Strong operational and business management experience, with a track record for driving growth.
- Experience in marketing, sales, accounting, manufacturing, or financial planning analysis (FPA) is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership and team development skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategies that expand the companys market presence.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasting, and improving profitability.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
