Responsibilities

- Manage budgeting processes effectively to ensure financial sustainability and resource allocation aligned with institutional priorities.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to senior leadership teams, promoting collaboration and innovation across departments.

Experience
- A university degree is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
- Proven experience in education administration or a similar leadership role within higher education institutions.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution within a complex organizational structure.
- Strong public speaking skills with experience engaging diverse audiences effectively.
- Experience in budgeting processes and financial management within an educational context.
- Background in fundraising initiatives with a track record of successful donor engagement is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing senior leadership teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
