Client Service Representative (Contract-to-Hire)

Position Overview : We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Support Representative to join our dynamic team on a contract-to-hire basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone and online communication.
Compensation :
Hourly Rate : $16 - $18 (based on experience)
Day Shift
Key Responsibilities :
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues.
Provide online support to customers via email and chat.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications :
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong typing skills and the ability to work quickly and accurately.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prior customer service experience is preferred.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
