At a minimum, the selected candidate must create, maintain, and provide training for the Cognos tool used to support reporting requirements. In addition, the selected candidate must support the system integration and functional enhancement requirements, conduct data validation exercises and monitor report availability.

DSI is searching for an experienced professional to serve as a Cognos Developer. At a minimum, the selected candidate must create, maintain, and provide training for the Cognos tool used to support reporting requirements. In addition, the selected candidate must support the system integration and functional enhancement requirements, conduct data validation exercises and monitor report availability.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop BI reports and framework model.
- Design, develop and execute ETL.
- Generate the monthly program block data and prepare Ohio Benefits consumption file.
- Provide production support, including the execution of daily and monthly batch and report runs.
- Troubleshoot file extract and load executions.
- Design and execute ad hoc report requests.
- Support Ohio Benefits system integrations and/or interfaces with required data extracts.
- Monitor and validate report availability in production.
- 7 years experience in Cognos architecture, report development and system analysis.
- 7 years experience in Tableau architecture, report development and system analysis.
- 7 years experience in Informatica tool and Control M scheduler.
- 5 years experience in enterprise data warehouse architecture and/or design.
- 7 years experience with FNS 583, TDR, OWN, SNAP Performance, CMS and User Reconciliation Reports.
- 7 years experience with an Integrated Eligibility and Enrollment system created with rules and policies for SNAP, TANF and Medicaid Programs.
- Strong leadership skills.
