Hybrid position but must be able to relocate or reside to the State of Oklahoma and travel to Bartlesville, OK (Tulsa area) as needed. Travel domestically as well.

Job Summary
The VP of Sales and Business Development is a key strategic partner within DSR to target new business opportunities, nurture existing relationships with vendors and clients, and uncover and implement strategic opportunities for DSR to drive new revenue generation.
Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and develop relationships that leverages potential new business opportunities within the industry
- Analyze potential opportunities and develop detailed business plans and sales strategies for each customer / account and monitor actions and results against plan
- Ensure appropriate business development strategy proposed to customers / accounts is in alignment with DSR’s company mission and goals
- Work closely with Executive Management and Operational Management to identity DSR’s business capabilities
- Educate and inform Management and Executive teams on customer / account needs and sales techniques to close new business sales as well as maintain business
- Leads entire sales process including identifying the appropriate members to assist in presentations and conversations
- Reach and consistently maintain business development sales goals as defined by Executive Leadership
- Provide strategic idea generation of uncovered prospects and opportunities to target within DSR’s capabilities
- Assist team with workload as needed
