An Acelle Implementation Specialist is a professional who is responsible for managing the successful implementation of the Acella Civic Platform. You will work closely with the IT and business teams to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets the company’s requirements. The role involves a deep understanding of the Acella Civic Platform being implemented. Mandatory Requirement, individuals must be certified on Acella Civic Platform.
Job Duties:
· Serve as a subject matter expert for the Acella Civic Platform
· Lead the implementation process, from kickoff to completion
· Conduct meetings with clients to gather requirements, prepare reports, and track project progress
· Create, update, and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation documents
· Develop, test, and deploy customized solutions for clients
· Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues encountered during various phases of the implementation process
· Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely resolution of technical issues
· Manage project-related invoices and client communication
· Provide training for client staff on the usage of new systems and software
Key Responsibilities:
· Work with clients to establish project scope and timelines
· Manage project timelines to meet deadlines and budgets
· Lead project kickoff calls and prepare detailed project plans
· Prepare and deliver project status reports to clients and internal teams
· Conduct end-user training sessions onsite and via online platforms
· Work with the development team to resolve client-specific issues
· Ensure project success through post-implementation support
Qualifications:
· Must be certified on Acella Civic Platform. Others need not apply.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
· Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementation
· Strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· Knowledge of software development life cycle and project management methodologies
· Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Jira
· Understanding of SQL and database structure
