program mobilization, business process and IT rationalization, and definition of a timeline and project plan
- Set up and run standard project governance structure including status, issues, risks, and steering committee meetings
- Track and manage project financials, forecasting splits by OpCo
- Secondary: provide input into functional and technical requirements and identify opportunities for technical architecture and business standardization
