What You’ll Do:
- Lead HR strategy and initiatives to support company goals
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws
- Develop programs that enhance company culture and DEI efforts
- Partner with leadership to drive workforce planning and development
- What We’re Looking For:
- Proven HR leadership experience (5 years in a senior HR role)
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
- Ability to build and implement impactful HR programs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in behavioral health is a plus!

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field; master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the behavioral health sector.
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability in talent management and employee development.
- Experience with payroll systems and benefits administration.

You must be at least 21 years old. Ability to obtain Act 33 clearances, Criminal History and FBI Act 73 clearances. A valid driver's license is required. Ability to pass Safe Crisis Management is also required.
