What part will you play?
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to support and drive various programmatic initiatives, product launches, and go-live events. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating communication, managing internal and external stakeholders, overseeing targeted feedback programs, and tracking key performance metrics. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset to enhance program efficiency and stakeholder engagement.
What will you be doing?
As the primary interface to the client, the project manager develops a strong long-term relationship. Project Manager manages the client relationship, including expectations, communications and satisfaction. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support Go Live Events (25 events over 2025)
Provide day-of support for each event (remote or in-person)
Support pre-/post-event coordination needs
Update communication assets when new features are released (e.g. 2D calls, presentation mode)
Coordinate with UXD UX Writing to update language and any design component(s)
Communicate all programmatic updates
Send emails to users as necessary
Keep the internal user website updated
Manage Solution room calendars
Investigate and resolve issues when they appear
Send updates to Solution team to triage Solution users
Refine and customize communication assets for new audiences
Update communication assets including emails, help site, and signage for internal/external Program

Align learnings with stakeholders to develop playbook
Track status of the program own reporting program update (user engagement)
Monitor weekly usage stats across stations
Monitor user satisfaction and report issues when appropriate
Gather updates on user growth from stakeholders (e.g. events)
Share weekly update at the EAP Program review
Manage targeted feedback program (assumes biweekly targeted feedback sessions)
Identify relevant feature releases
Send out participant requests
Manage and update session schedule (send reminders)
Follow up with participants and submit incentives
Support Trusted Tester Program (if the team needs to test new experiences with limited audience)

Manage waitwhile app for smooth event management
Potentially: own all comms (email, moma card, digital signage, event signage)
Monitor the user signup sheet
Add new users to the group
Manage NDAs
Monitor the Community console
Respond to user questions and issues
Reach out to individual users (e.g. haven't used Solution, reported an issue)
Collaborate with user groups in Sequoia sites
Support hardware and software development research for Sequoia
Book devices and coordinate hardware/software needs
Facilitate participant recruitment and scheduling
Submit incentives
What do we require from you?
Education/Certifications:
A PMP certification from the Project Management Institute is desired.
AVIXA CTS certification
Other relevant certifications may be required or preferred based on the technology focus of the position.
Required/Desired Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a project manager in commercial construction trades and settings is required. Familiarity with audio/video systems installations. Knowledgeable of low voltage electrical projects. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Supervisory and people skills. The Project Manager shall have the ability and skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical, political and people related problems.
