About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and highly organized Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will focus on managing community engagement and content creation for Divi’s TikTok and Instagram platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, stays on top of the latest trends, and is eager to help drive brand awareness and conversions through engaging content and meaningful community interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Community Management & Engagement:
- Engage with all posts, tags, and comments that mention Divi on TikTok and Instagram, responding in an on-brand, timely manner to foster community interaction and boost engagement.
- Organize and categorize all incoming DMs on TikTok & Instagram, ensuring:
- Customer service inquiries are tagged and escalated appropriately.
- Influencer-related communications are flagged for the influencer team.
- All other messages receive timely and relevant responses.
- Engage proactively with followers to foster strong relationships and build brand loyalty.
- Monitor social trends and customer feedback to identify engagement opportunities.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, ensuring all interactions reflect Divi’s personality and values.
Content Creation & Posting:
- Create, film, and edit engaging content for TikTok & Instagram in partnership with the Social Media Manager, aligning with Divi’s brand aesthetic and messaging.
- Schedule and publish regularly cadenced posts on Instagram (3-4 weekly) and TikTok (3 daily) to maintain consistent engagement and audience growth.
- Stay ahead of trends, leveraging viral sounds, challenges, and new platform features to maximize reach.
- Repurpose UGC and influencer content, ensuring a steady stream of high-quality, authentic content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or community engagement.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram, including trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.
- Willingness to travel and attend off-hours events to support brand initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with content creation tools such as CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar editing software.
- Passion for haircare, wellness, and social media marketing.
