Title : Human Resources Assistant
Location : Hemlock, MI
Duration : 11 Months
Working Hours : M-F, 8am - 5pm
Interview process : Team Meeting interview. Manager will hire from one interview.
Description
Assists with new employee hiring, onboarding, training, administrative support with ordering food, etc and prefer HR experience Need someone very self-motivated and driven
Below are some of the job duties :
- Conducting new hire orientations
- Onboarding new employees (helping to setup workstations, getting them access in the system, etc)
- Helping to communicate start dates (we will be hiring ~50 employees / week March-September)
- Helping the training team as needed
- Employee relations : Help answer employee questions
- Help with new hire paperwork
Education : HS Diploma required
Experience : 1-3 years HR assistant experience preferred. Soft skills here are more critical than exact experience.
