What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desktop/Tech Support: III (Senior) position at DivIHN Integration Inc?
This position will provide executive level support to Client executives and admin team.
- This will be a contract to hire position
- Strong communication skills required
- Will need to be available 24 / 7 for on call purposes
- Ability to travel as needed - this position will need to be onsite at an average of 3 days per week. Locations include Battle Creek and Chicago Land.
- Looking for someone with a technical background who has the ability to work closely and communicate at an executive level
- Someone with an AV background would be a good fit for this position (within hospitality industry)
- Day to day this person will support executive leadership and their admins with PC and windows support, mobile support, video conferencing, Microsoft teams, troubleshoot WiFi issues, etc.
