We are currently searching for a qualified Desktop Support Technician to join a large and successful company onsite in Kalamazoo, MI. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in French and English.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Break-Fix support, changing system boards, hdds, laptop LCDs etc.
- Trouble shooting both hardware and software
- IMAC - receiving equipment, unboxing, and deploying (set up, breakdown)
- Responsible for shipping and tracking equipment to remote users, tracking returns, and documenting everything in the ticket
- Provide support for laptops and a mix of network printers
- ServiceNow ticketing system experience
- Comptia A certification required (can be obtained before the end of 60 days)
- Lenovo warranty certifications a plus
- Supporting Windows 10
- MS Office 0365 experience
- Remote access experience
- SCCM Imaging experience
- Asset management experience
- Must be detailed and process oriented
- Must be able to work independently following detailed steps
- Must be able to document troubleshooting steps taken and maintain daily ticket status
- Must be professional, well spoken, good verbal and written communications skills
