Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with over 10 years of proven success in managing multiple IT projects. This role is critical to the success of the project, requiring strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and expertise in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration. The PM will lead efforts to migrate legacy functionality into the Microsoft platform using an MVP approach while adhering to organizational methodologies.
Responsibilities :
Lead and manage IT projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
Identify risks and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
Drive project activities and allocate team resources efficiently.
Ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.
Qualifications :
10 years of experience managing IT projects with a strong delivery track record.
PMP or equivalent project management certification required.
Expertise in Pension Systems analysis and improvement.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Desired Skills :
Experience with Microsoft SQL.
Knowledge of Accounting Systems / Concepts.
Familiarity with Agile or iterative development methodologies.
