Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Digital Media Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration and minimum 2 years of experience in a client services or finance and billing related role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce is a plus. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing UB Media team monthly financial forecasting process, leading contracting process with UB Media's brand partners, and maintaining organization across internal tools. They will also take initiative to partner across the client organization to compile data and identify and solve any billing discrepancies.
