Job Summary
The Associate Project Controls Analyst is responsible for supporting cost and / or schedule management of limited scope and complexity on a variety of projects and provides cross-departmental support. Assignments may include updating project schedules, preparing cost reports and preparing ad-hoc reporting for project management
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible forecast and / or schedule management of projects of limited scope and complexity and providing support to field and department staff .
- Assignments may include updating project schedules, preparing cost reports and preparing ad-hoc reporting for project management.
- Schedule Management : develop and maintain resource loaded project schedules, including identifying areas where mitigating actions are necessary.
- Participate in schedule coordination meetings.
- Cost Management : maintain and incorporate budget into forecasting tool.
- Review actual costs and prepare forecasts for multiple projects, identifying areas where mitigating actions are necessary.
- Participate in cost performance review sessions.
