- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field; experience with healthcare applications is a plus

- The Project Manager has overall accountability and responsibility to plan and manage the resources and processes used to develop and implement strategic and tactical application and infrastructure projects.
- The Project Manager is involved in the management of all task activities and staff assigned to the project.
- The position requires solid initiation, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to create an effective team environment.
- Plan and manage the execution of IT projects: initial project investigations; requirements definition; scope definition and management; schedule and tasks; issues management; quality and budget; risk analysis and management; contingency planning; change management; overall project control and coordination; monitor and report of project status; manage project teams, manage relationships, execute and improve IT processes; complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
- Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
- The IT Technical Architect provides in-depth technical expertise & direction in the development and support of client area application systems/programming requirements and processes (e.g. new, enhancements or maintenance), in the preparation of application system specifications, and in the development, testing, and implementation of efficient, cost-effective application solutions.
- Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge and strong experience in Key SAP FICO (GL, Banking, Product Costing, Material Ledger and COPA), Treasury and FSCM business processes.
- Experience in EDI integrations with Banks and other external reporting systems.
- Knowledge of SAP FI integration with other SAP Modules like SD, MM and PP.
- Experience in handling of Month-end and Year-end close processes.
- Ability to effectively communicate with Business users and work with offshore teams.
- Ability to coordinate with external partners and suppliers.
- Ability to lead Requirements gathering workshops for project scoping and estimate.
- Ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects Global projects.
- Adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions.
- Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
- Responsible for technical configuration/code review/solution testing, user training, and hypercare support.
- Serve as technical expert or lead projects/programs and technical staff to develop, test and implement significant new solutions.
- Improvements or devise new approaches to problems at the division/business unit.
- Conduct investigation activity/research and give technical advice to the adoption or integration of new technologies and their business impact.
- Review, validate & enhance design, conduct performance monitoring and capacity planning; install, test and upgrade releases and associated products.
- Evaluate & recommend new software, utilities, and tools.
- In specialized systems (i.e. SAP) effectively set options to change the way the program works (configuration responsibilities).
- Responsible for all project documentation delivery (Change request, testing, system validation)
- Required: Degree in IT and/or complimentary business degree.
- Work Experience At least 10-13 years of experience in SAP FICO, Treasury and Banking process areas, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Prior management experience.
- Problem determination (experience in root cause analysis) and problem resolution skills.
- Strong collaboration and partnering skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy-to-understand business terms to senior leaders.
Knowledge of business environment, service requirements and culture. - Process skills: an understanding of process costs, the ability to work with the Service Provider to ensure effective operations and agreed-upon service levels.
- Ability to accomplish results through others, particularly by establishing relationships.
