Title : SAP Upgrade Implementation Consultant
Location : Remote
Duration : 14 Months
Job Description :
The SAP Upgrade Implementation Consultant team member will be responsible for technical design implementation which will include SAP development and technical unit testing of RICEFW elements.
Extensive experience with Success Factors replication and Full BIB integration and / or knowledge in H4S4 Payroll including a strong knowledge of the RPCIPE00 / 01 program and associated configuration is also required.
Development Team Members General Experience and Functional Responsibility :
Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems, provides guidance and experience on solution implementation, engages resources, performs analyses of client issues, interprets implications of design, and helps to ensure that solutions meet business needs.
Uses proper techniques and tools for team improvement and status reporting. Works with Company resources to implement defined solution. Produces required documentation including test results and the creation of test plans.
Works closely with group members to enhance team building, communication, interpersonal relations, meetings, and decision making.
Minimum Education : Holds a bachelor's degree and may possess an industry certification.
Minimum Experience : This position requires a minimum of four (4) years of experience and has held a role in a minimum of two SAP upgrade and / or implementation projects.
