Job Title: Human Resources Assistant
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and driven individual who is responsible for assisting with new employee hiring, onboarding, training, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct new hire orientations
- Onboard new employees, setting up workstations and granting system access as needed
- Communicate start dates to new hires, given the company's rapid growth of ~50 employees per week during peak months
- Support the training team as required
- Manage employee relations, addressing questions and concerns
- Assist with new hire paperwork
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in HR assistance, although soft skills are prioritized over direct experience
