Duration: 11 Months, Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to assist with new employee hiring, onboarding, training, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in HR or possess strong soft skills.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct new hire orientations
• Onboard new employees, setting up workstations and granting access to the system
• Communicate start dates for approximately 50 new hires per week during peak periods (March-September)
• Collaborate with the training team as needed
• Handle employee relations, answering questions and resolving issues
• Assist with new hire paperwork
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• 1-3 years of experience in HR assistant roles preferred
• Strong soft skills, including being a go-getter, self-motivated, people-oriented, able to handle pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively
