Divine Professional Counseling is a compassionate, client-centered mental health practice dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families on their healing journey. We seek a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LSW,LAC) or similarly credentialed mental health professional to provide high-quality therapeutic services in a supportive and empowering environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy to clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief, and other mental health challenges.
- Utilize evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches.
- Offer individual, couples, family, and/or group counseling as needed.
- Incorporate holistic and wellness-based approaches when appropriate, aligning with the mission of Divine Professional Counseling.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including psychiatrists, medical providers, and holistic wellness practitioners, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as necessary.
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development.
- Educate and empower clients through workshops, community outreach, or wellness programs, if aligned with practice goals.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent.
- Strong clinical skills in therapy, assessment, and case conceptualization.
- Interest or experience in integrating holistic or wellness-based approaches to mental health care.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
