Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement creative and therapeutic activities to support residents' physical, social, spiritual and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop personalized activity plans for residents.
- Provide individualized attention, ensuring residents' unique needs and preferences are considered
Requirements:
- Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred.
- Understanding of the physical and emotional needs of the elderly individuals.
- Ability to adapt activities to accommodate varying levels of mobility and cognitive abilities.
