What are the responsibilities and job description for the Activity Assistant position at Inn at the Pines?
The Inn at the Pines Assisted living and memory care, is currently looking to fill the role of Activity Assistant. Duties include but not limited to:
- Creating an event schedule
- Administering surveys to learn about what events might be popular in the future
- Collecting feedback from participants about events in the past
- Assisting with event volunteers
- Creating inclusion plans for participants with special needs
- Advertising events
- Coordinating transportation to and from events
- Attending events to support event leaders and observe participant satisfaction
- Creating safety protocols for events
