We are looking for an Area Therapy Director - COTA, in the Brunswick and Wooster areas. An Area Therapy Director is responsible for overseeing the clinical and administrative operations of multiple occupational healthcare clinics within an organization. The role involves a blend of clinical duties and administrative responsibilities, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective staff management.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with rehab department compliance with regulatory requirements as set by Federal, State, and company policies.
- Deliver training and support on margin and expense management, treatment minute accuracy, documentation requirements, and clinical programming.
- Foster exceptional communication and motivate therapy teams to achieve outstanding clinical results.
- Analyze financial metrics and assist in identifying opportunities for improved clinical programming and efficiencies.
- Promote continuous education and training opportunities to ensure teams are practicing at the top of their license.
- Establish and maintain close working relationships with Directors of Rehabilitation to drive results and support individualized communication strategies.
- Communicate clearly with Administrators and Directors of Nursing (DONs) in each facility to assess and address clinical and financial needs, including survey results, quality measures, Five Star ratings, census, and marketing.
- Assist facilities in filling Director of Rehabilitation vacancies as needed.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts for high-quality therapy staff.
Qualifications:
- Active licensure/registration/certification in one of the following: Occupational Therapy (OT), and COTA in the state of Ohio.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in therapy management or leadership roles.
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory requirements, payers, and clinical programming.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire therapy teams to deliver exceptional care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with staff, administrators, and leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and implement strategies to improve clinical results.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
