What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Operations position at Divine Treasures Childcare?
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing staff, managing the facility, marketing, great customer service skills, ability to multitask. Candidate must have a MINIMUM of 3 years experience managing a large childcare center with at least 3 Keystone Stars. Must be able to work with little supervision. Must also have a flexible schedule. A minimum of an Associates Degree in ECE or a related field is REQUIRED. Candidate must also have a clean criminal and child abuse background. Salary is competitive and negotiable.
- We are a Star 4 center Director must keep up with Star 4 standards
- CACFP food program to include Meal counts , food menues, Food orders ( Novic Brothers)
- Manage Brightwheel parent communication( Daily check-in system) Will train.
- PHL- PREK Program operate childware system ( will train)
