We are seeking a per diem field Certified Home Health Aide able to service Bakersfield area patients. The Certified Home Health Aide is a non-exempt employee trained to provide personal care and services to terminally ill patients in addition to the care the patient receives by their families or caregivers. Functions under the direct instruction and supervision of the Divinity Hospice nurse and/or the Divinity Hospice Team Manager.

Education and Qualifications
- Current California Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license required
- Home Health or Hospice experience of 1 year or more preferred
- Excellent documentation skills required.
- Ability to travel per job requirement.
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
