This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President at Division 9 Construction, LLC. The Vice President will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the carpentry trade, ensuring quality and efficiency in light gauge steel framing, acoustical ceilings, rough carpentry, and millwork.
Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry, construction management, and project supervision
- Knowledge of light gauge steel framing, acoustical ceilings, rough carpentry, and millwork
- Leadership and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- OSHA certification is a plus
- Knowledge of cashflow projection for projects
- financial progress reports submitted weekly to CEO and CFO
- Mentor Project managers, field foreman, Vice President of field operations
- Daily communication with clients is a must
- Problem solving for company challanges, client disupites, contract discrepencies
- Contract Negotiation during preconstruction and construction phases
