This includes managing the network, servers, applications, and leading a team of 7 employees. This is a highly tactical position requiring hands-on leadership and deep technical expertise in infrastructure, particularly in networking, servers, and applications. The IT Director will be tasked with evaluating the current network, creating a comprehensive roadmap for IT development, and helping build an optimal organizational structure for the IT team. Given the organization's shift from Google Workspace to Microsoft, the Director must also drive the adoption of Microsoft tools and technologies, including Active Directory and access management.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT Operations:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure, including servers, network systems, and applications.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all IT systems.
- Conduct regular assessments of the IT network and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
- Team Management & Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of 7 IT professionals, ensuring they are aligned with organizational goals.
- Address performance issues, particularly with underperforming team members, and develop plans to improve productivity.
- Foster a collaborative team culture and ensure continuous learning and professional development.
- Strategic IT Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT roadmap that aligns with the strategic vision of the organization.
- Lead the migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory (AD), Microsoft 365, and other critical systems.
- Create a long-term vision for IT growth, including infrastructure upgrades, modernization, and cloud adoption.
- Infrastructure & Network Management:
- Lead the design and management of the organization's IT network, servers, and applications, ensuring they meet the needs of clinics and administrative offices.
- Ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of IT systems.
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolution of IT infrastructure issues.
- Collaboration with Executive Leadership:
- Work closely with executive leadership (including Nam) to align IT initiatives with business and healthcare goals.
- Report regularly on IT performance, project milestones, and budget status.
- Assist in making key decisions regarding IT-related investments and projects.
- Training & Change Management:
- Develop and implement a training plan to upskill the IT team, especially in Microsoft technologies.
- Lead organizational change management for the adoption of new IT tools and systems, ensuring smooth transitions for end users.
- Manage the transition from legacy systems to modern solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to the clinics and administrative functions.
- Proven experience as an IT Director or in a senior IT leadership role within healthcare or a similar field.
- Strong technical background with expertise in network infrastructure, servers, and applications.
- Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing IT systems, including Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc.).
- Experience with IT team management, including developing, mentoring, and addressing performance issues.
- Ability to assess and build a strategic IT roadmap that supports business goals.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT regulations and standards is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior leadership and technical staff.
- Passionate about staying on top of the latest IT trends and technologies.
- Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and transitioning legacy systems to the cloud.
- Familiarity with healthcare-specific applications and technologies.
- Review current IT network infrastructure and team structure.
- Develop a tactical action plan to address immediate gaps (especially in network management and performance).
- Lead Microsoft tool adoption and training efforts for the team.
