Looking for a self-motivated account rep that will be responsible for managing a list of accounts for our custom sock business.
Job Description:
This role will be responsible for the following:
- Receiving inbound inquiries and answering questions about the company’s process.
- Brainstorming and working with our designers to create designs that fit the customer’s requests.
- Submitting any order requirements and creating invoices.
- Following up with orders to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Calling accounts each month to maintain working relationships.
- Sending design ideas and inspiration to customers for holidays and sales events.
Job Requirements:
- Must be self-motivated and comfortable with working remote.
- Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must have a good sense for design and be comfortable brainstorming concepts.
- Availability to travel occasionally to various conferences.
- Must have high attention to detail.
- Must be comfortable calling and speaking with clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
