Our landscape architecture firm is seeking an exceptional Senior Landscape Architect/Project Manager with 10 years of experience to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
Dix.Hite provides leadership in design and landscape architecture, with special expertise in sustainable mixed-use, transportation and trails, parks and public space, multifamily development, and master-planned communities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide design leadership and direction from start to finish to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional design
- Manage the team to develop landscape architectural solutions in line with client needs, project goals, and environmental impacts
- Develop and implement project plans, manage risks, and promote knowledge sharing to drive continuous improvement
- Establish and manage project parameters, oversee financial aspects, and ensure project profitability while maintaining regular communication
Requirements:
- Strong graphics skills through computer programs and/or hand sketching
- Knowledge of horticulture, plant materials, climate, and plant habitat
- Fluent in AutoCAD, LandFX, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, MS Office
- Ability to read and interpret design documents and identify potential risks
