Job Title: Commercial Customer Service Representative Assistant
Hours: Monday through Friday – 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm
Expected Hours: 40 per week

SUMMARY
This position will provide support to the customer, internal sales staff, and CSR’s on all Commercial Insurance business. Customer service will consist of requesting and making policy changes, verifying account information, billing, answering customers’ questions, and generating the appropriate documents. $39,520 - $45,000 starting pay depenting on experience.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Education: Minimum High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Prior customer service experience preferred.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Outlook (email), Word, Excel, Google/Internet Explorer
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES included but not limited to:
· Provide support to CSR and Internal Sales Staff
· Data entry into agency computer system
· Answering phones and speaking with customers
· Gathering insurance information from customers
· Issuing proper insurance documents
· Billing: collecting premiums and invoicing
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
*License: P&C Insurance License that the agency will help you obtain.
Hold and maintain a current P&C Insurance License for the appropriate state(s).

Pay: $39,520.00 - $45,000.00 per year
