Job Title: Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

SUMMARY
THIS POSITION IS IN OFFICE ONLY. Based in Cedar City, UT.
This position will provide support to the customer and internal sales staff on all Personal Insurance business. Maintaining existing accounts, creating insurance proposals for customers. Customer service will consist of discussing coverage's, recommending coverage's, requesting and making policy changes, taking claims information, verifying account information, answering customers’ questions, and generating the appropriate documents. Starting pay depending on experience.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Education: Minimum High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Prior customer service experience recommended.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Outlook (email), Word, Excel, Google/Internet Explorer
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES included but not limited to:
- Provide support to customers and Internal Sales Staff
- Data entry into agency computer system
- Answering phones and speaking with customers
- Gathering insurance information from customers
- Issuing proper insurance documents
- Billing: collecting premiums and invoicing
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
*License: P&C Insurance License that the agency will help you obtain.
Hold and maintain a current P&C Insurance License for the appropriate state(s).
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $37,500.00 - $45,000.00 per year
